ITC required the construction of a six-story office facility (147,241 SF) with a conditioned penthouse, a two-story hardened area (49,541 SF) including a hardened generator courtyard, and a three-level parking deck (372 spaces).
The project had to be completed in 12 months and featured complex site conditions (built on a marsh) and stringent high-security requirements.
The project was completed ahead of schedule and more than a million dollars under budget. Following it’s successful completion, C-L’s ITC project was featured as the cover and headline story in CAM Magazine.
