Constructed in 2016, Huron Academy’s 32,461 square foot charter school in Clinton Township expanded access to alternative education while remaining ahead of schedule and under budget. Designed with careful cost stewardship and upfront value engineering, the facility was delivered at a significantly lower cost than a comparable district school. A recent Phase II addition added approximately 23,000 square feet of new educational space, supporting continued growth and enhancing the campus learning environment.
“We are so impressed with and grateful for the way the C-L team has supported us through the Huron project. This project was not easy, but they were responsive, professional, and methodical. They knew everything going on on the project and kept it moving as fast as possible while not compromising quality. We know our partnership with CLC is a long one and look forward to more projects in the future.”
