TI Automotive, partnered with Cunningham-Limp for the construction of its Auburn Hills manufacturing and office facility and a recent expansion supporting continued growth and innovation. The original 143,908 square foot building was followed by a newly completed 48,400 square foot addition that unites research, development, and office teams into a single campus and supports TI Fluid Systems’ E Mobility Innovation Center. Through careful planning and phased execution, Cunningham-Limp delivered both projects, reinforcing TI Fluid Systems’ long-term presence in Auburn Hills and its ability to scale operations efficiently.
