The project consisted of approximately 136,300 SF of new building located at the plot east of the previous George P. Johnson facility, (also built and developed by Cunningham-Limp).
The office portion consisted of approximately 30% of the space above, a 2-story construction inclusive of open collaboration spaces, conference and huddle rooms, and a large breakroom/cafeteria area.
The hibay area houses Project Worldwide’s metal, paint, and sign shop, along with ample space for crating, milling, and warehousing/storage.
The office and Shop are substantially designed with continuous upgrades and improvements, which include more recently added items such as:
– Executive Area Partitions
– Framing and Header for Pocket Wall and Falk Door System
– Lighting Upgrades
– Restroom and Plumbing Fixture Upgrades
– Electrical Device Additions and Aesthetic Upgrades
– Exposed Aggregate Concrete Patio and Entry
