Third-party consultants estimated a $38 million cost for a 35,000 SF police and EMS facility. After C-L’s involvement and planning, the project expanded to 96,000 SF, including a police station, jail, fire department, DPW, and Rarks & Recreation facility at Legacy Park—at a lower cost. Throughout the project, C-L created $4.3 million in value for Northville Township.
