Michigan Collegiate (formerly Conner Creek Academy East) is a 61,000 gross square foot, single-story educational facility developed on a 20-acre site in Warren, Michigan. The project included classrooms, specialized band and vocal rooms, a gymnasium and cafetorium, and site improvements across approximately 8.22 acres with parking for 210 vehicles. Infrastructure scope included mass grading, new underground utilities, stormwater management with an onsite detention pond, and complete building systems designed to support a modern learning environment.
