Completed in 2016, this research and development facility for Magna delivers a highly integrated environment for innovation and collaboration. The project consists of a 180,000-square-foot, three-story office and laboratory building in Novi, thoughtfully designed to support advanced research, testing, and corporate operations under one roof. Cunningham-Limp managed the complexity of specialized laboratory spaces alongside modern office environments, ensuring the facility met Magna’s technical requirements while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
