The Legacy Project included the design and construction completion of a partially built 124,297 square foot facility in Auburn Hills. Drawing on its extensive local experience, including more than 80 completed projects in the city, Cunningham-Limp was engaged to stabilize the project, restore momentum, and deliver a fully operational facility in just six months. The successful delivery supported the rapid growth of an aerospace manufacturing operation now operating at capacity and led to multiple follow-on expansion projects, reinforcing Cunningham-Limp’s role as a trusted long-term partner in Auburn Hills.
