Located at the corner of Front and Pine Streets in downtown Traverse City, the 4Front Credit Union Administration Building is a 72,992 square foot mixed-use landmark that anchors one of the city’s most prominent intersections. The building houses 4Front’s administrative offices alongside commercial and restaurant tenants, with extensive glazing that provides sweeping views of the surrounding area.
Despite the site’s constrained, landlocked location and the challenges of construction during the COVID-19 pandemic, Cunningham-Limp successfully coordinated complex logistics, local trade partners, and phased delivery to complete the project on time and under budget.
