Orafol is a global manufacturer of high-quality self-adhesive vinyl films serving the automotive, architectural, and digital printing markets. Its Orion Township operations originated as Kay Automotive Graphics in 1987 and expanded in 2013 with the launch of KPMF USA, introducing premium cast vinyl films including textured finishes, color-change wraps, and specialty effects.
Acquired by Orafol International in 2019, the operation became part of a global platform focused on innovation and sustainability. In partnership with Cunningham-Limp, Orafol completed a facility expansion in 2023 at the northeast corner of M-24 and Kay Industrial Drive. The investment added advanced manufacturing capabilities, created approximately 25 new jobs, and reinforced Orafol’s long-term commitment to growth and economic development in Orion Township.
