Community Impact Project
College, Career, and Beyond (Midnight Golf Program), empowers Detroit students through education, mentorship, and the game of golf to support long-term academic and life success. As Cunningham-Limp’s Annual Community Impact Project, C-L provided construction management services for the transformation of the former Detroit Broadcasting Center and WJBK TV Studios building into a 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in downtown Detroit. The completed historic renovation delivers flexible learning spaces, offices, a kitchen, golf simulators, and recreational areas, repurposing a landmark property to expand opportunity, strengthen community connections, and advance equitable access to education and career pathways.
