The Orion Township Municipal Complex was developed to replace an outdated facility and support the Township’s long-term vision for accessible, high-quality public services. Strategically located on an underutilized site, the new complex consolidates Township operations with an Oakland County Sheriff substation while activating surrounding land for future park space and outdoor recreation. Notably completed under budget and requiring zero tax dollars, the project reflects strong fiscal stewardship and was recognized with a Project Achievement Award from the Construction Association of Michigan for its excellence in delivery.
