Currently in progress, Cunningham-Limp is serving as construction manager for the renovation of the historic Linden Mill, a landmark originally built in 1871 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project preserves the mill’s historic character while delivering critical structural upgrades, ADA accessibility improvements, and modern building systems. Once complete, the restored mill will support community, cultural, and commercial uses, ensuring the long-term preservation of one of Linden’s most iconic structures while reconnecting it to the life of the community.
